Russell Steiner, MA, PhD Candidate (ABD), brings professional Psychometrician and Director of Psychometrics experience, applied and doctoral I-O psychology training, and work across surveys, assessments, workforce measurement, and research. Engagements are principal-led, connecting technical interpretation to organizational decisions and clarifying what the available evidence does—and does not—support.

His doctoral research includes the development and validation of SATJES, a multidimensional job-engagement measure. SATJES is presented here as evidence of doctoral research in multidimensional measurement development.
