Through The University of Akron's Center for Organizational Research, Daniel contributed to applied consulting work involving test development, competency modeling, training criteria, item writing, survey design, qualitative research, and quantitative analysis.

His work included developing assessment content, identifying training criteria across job families, analyzing survey data, creating decision-oriented visualizations, and qualitatively coding employee and customer feedback.

Clinical & Outcomes Research

Daniel also worked as a Data Analyst Intern with Clinical Outcomes Solutions, gaining exposure to measurement and research questions in healthcare and clinical outcomes settings.
