Terms for the public PrimeStata website. Client services are governed separately by executed agreements and statements of work.
Acceptance and scope
These terms govern your use of primestata.com and public materials made available by PrimeStata LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Informational website—not professional advice
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, investment, or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a substitute for analysis of your specific facts. No consulting relationship through site use

Contracted services
Executed master services agreements, engagement letters, statements of work, data-processing terms, nondisclosure agreements, and other signed documents govern contracted services. If those documents conflict with these website terms concerning the services, the executed documents control.
Indicative information
Descriptions of services, engagement models, investment ranges, timing, capabilities, and potential outcomes are illustrative and may change. They are not offers, guarantees, or binding commitments. A written scope will define the actual work, fees, assumptions, responsibilities, and schedule.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, PrimeStata or its licensors own the site and its original text, design, graphics, code, marks, and other materials. You may view, link to, and print reasonable portions for your internal, noncommercial use. You may not republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove notices, misrepresent authorship, or create confusingly similar materials without permission.
User conduct
