How Project Teams Can Expand

PrimeStata does not imply a large standing bench. The firm remains principal-led, with Allison B. Reiss, MD, providing healthcare and biopharma advisory depth, and Daniel Hynes, M.A., ABD, providing organizational research, measurement, and people analytics advisory expertise. When a defined scope needs additional engineering, clinical, statistical, research, or communications expertise, qualified specialists may be identified and discussed with the client as part of the engagement design.

Behavioral Science & Analytics

Core principal-led capability in I/O psychology, analytics, and psychometrics for measurement, workforce modeling, and organizational decisions, with organizational research and analytics advisory input from Daniel Hynes where appropriate.

Technology & AI Integration

Project-specific technical specialists may be proposed when production engineering, integrations, infrastructure, security, or other implementation needs extend beyond the agreed advisory scope.

Healthcare & Biopharma

Dr. Reiss provides named physician-scientist advisory expertise. Additional clinical or statistical expertise would be identified only when a project calls for it.
