His background spans enterprise People Analytics at Google, national workforce assessment at NCCER, psychometric leadership at Inkblot Analytics, and People Operations during UrbanStems’ early-stage growth.

He brings together advanced quantitative methods, organizational psychology, operating experience, and practical system-building to help organizations make stronger decisions with complex human and business data.

PrimeStata does not imply a large standing bench. The firm remains principal-led, with Allison B. Reiss, MD, providing named healthcare and biopharma advisory depth. When a defined scope needs additional engineering, clinical, statistical, research, or communications expertise, qualified specialists may be identified and discussed with the client as part of the engagement design.
