The work draws on applied psychology, psychometrics, analytics, and AI strategy, but the goal is straightforward: help leaders move from ambiguity to a decision they can explain, defend, and use.

PrimeStata is led by Russell Steiner, an applied psychology and analytics specialist whose work spans psychometrics, people analytics, research design, measurement and validation, and AI-enabled decision workflows. The practice is built for organizations that need rigorous thinking translated into usable consulting outputs.

The firm’s roots span industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, and applied analytics — with experience in startups, large organizations, and academic settings.

PrimeStata brings those disciplines together in a focused consulting practice. The through-line is consistent: build decision infrastructure where data, methods, and decisions are transparent, interpretable, and human-centered.

Leadership & Advisory Model

PrimeStata is principal-led by Russell Steiner, with named healthcare and biopharma advisory depth from Allison B. Reiss, MD. The model keeps direct responsibility and decision-making close to the work.
